Terms of Use

Last updated: July 7, 2026

These terms cover this website (https://clickerpup.app), the ClickerPup waitlist, and — once it launches — the ClickerPup iOS app. By using the site, joining the waitlist, or using the app, you agree to them. "We" meansSavvy Advice Ltd, the company behind ClickerPup. You can reach us any time atsupport@clickerpup.app.

1. What ClickerPup is

ClickerPup is a reward-based puppy-training coach: short clicker-training sessions built on Karen Pryor's clicker method and IAABC positive-reinforcement standards, with a plan that adapts to your dog. Today the product is pre-launch; this site hosts the waitlist and a free training library.

2. The waitlist

Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing. We'll email you when ClickerPup launches, and you can unsubscribe with one tap at any time. Waitlist perks (early access, founding offers) are gifts, not contractual promises — we'll always honor what we announce, but the waitlist itself doesn't create a purchase or a guaranteed launch date.

3. Subscriptions in the app (effective at launch)

The app's core clicker is free, forever — no purchase required. Coaching plans are offered as an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple's App Store:

  • What's offered: ClickerPup Premium as an annual subscription (with a 3-day free trial) or a monthly subscription. The exact price is always shown in the App Store and in the app before you confirm anything.
  • Payment: charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase (or when a free trial ends, if you don't cancel first).
  • Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
  • Cancelling: manage or cancel any time in your Apple Account settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). Cancelling takes about 30 seconds; access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • Our honesty commitments: we remind you before a trial converts to a paid subscription, we show the full price before you start, and the free clicker keeps working even if you never pay or you cancel.
  • Refunds: purchases go through Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple atreportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Not veterinary or behavioral-medicine advice

ClickerPup provides educational training coaching for typical puppy development. It is not a veterinarian, a veterinary behaviorist, or a substitute for one. If your dog shows sudden behavior changes alongside appetite, energy, or pain signs, see a vet. For aggression, escalating resource guarding, persistent fear, or separation panic, work with a certified behavior professional (for example, an IAABC-certified consultant — iaabc.org). The app is designed to tell you the same thing when it spots those signs, rather than coach through them.

5. Your content and data

Your dog's profile and training history belong to you. We use them to run the service as described in ourPrivacy Policy. Everything we publish on this site (articles, illustrations, the ClickerPup name and mascot) belongs to us — feel free to link to it; don't republish it as your own.

6. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no scraping the waitlist endpoints, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the site or app, no unlawful use.

7. Apple-specific terms (apply to the iOS app)

  • These terms are between you and Savvy Advice Ltd, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app.
  • Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the app (including product liability, regulatory compliance, or IP claims) — those are our responsibility.
  • Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you as such.
  • You must comply with Apple's App Store Terms of Service when using the app.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The site and app are provided "as is." Dogs are individuals; we can't guarantee a specific training outcome or timeline. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't lawfully be limited (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence), and nothing affects your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere (for example, the United States), you keep any mandatory consumer protections of your home jurisdiction.

10. Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and — for anything material to subscribers — tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
